Corporate Consulting Services, LTD (CCS) takes pride in the services we provide to our clients. For our efforts we are compensated in a variety of ways. Our compensation is realized primarily through commissions paid to us by insurers for policies placed on behalf of our clients, which are calculated in two ways, either as a predetermined per employee/per month fee or as a percentage of the premium the insurer receives. Commissions differ by line of coverage and by insurer.
Intermediaries, such as wholesale brokers, may sometimes be used to access certain programs, facilities, or insurers, in which case they will allocate a portion of their compensation they receive to us. Endorsement requests and other policy changes may affect the amount of premium paid during the term of a policy, in which case the amount of compensation paid to us by the insurance company or intermediary may change accordingly.
In certain segments of our business, some of our compensation may be derived from supplemental or bonus commissions paid by insurers or intermediaries based on criteria designed by the insurer or intermediary, to value all the policies that we place with them in a particular period.
In certain circumstances, CCS may enter into agreements with clients to receive separate fees for the provision of both specified insurance and non-insurance related services. Fees received in connection with the placement of insurance and non-insurance related services are always outlined in writing and agreed to by the client before the insurance is placed or the services rendered.
CCS is an insurance producer licensed by the State of New York, and as such is authorized to confer with insurance purchasers about the benefits, terms and conditions of insurance contracts; to sell insurance; and to obtain insurance for purchasers.

Another Delay: U.S. Court of Appeals Suspends Implementation of NLRB Notice Posting Requirement
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia (the Court) suspended the implementation of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) rule that would require nearly all non-profit and private-sector employers to display a National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) employee rights poster by April 30, pending further review.
The Court will hear the case on appeal from the district court which ruled that the NLRB has the authority to require employers to post a notice, but that they exceeded their authority in two ways-by deeming failure to post an unfair labor practice and tolling (waives the ability to claim) the statute of limitations for claims brought by employees against employers that failed to post the notice.
