As Vice President HR Consulting, Michael heads the CCS HR consulting practice. He leads his team in providing comprehensive HR service to CCS clients.

Michael leads with an unwavering focus and attention to detail that allows him to find viable solutions to myriad HR challenges.

What does he like most about his job? “Variety - no two clients have the exact same issues or challenges. I get to know our clients and their interesting organizations.”

What special skills/unique qualities does he bring to his job? “It seems this job was made for me. By nature I am analytical and although you can’t necessarily tell by looking at my desk, I am a master at organizing process. More than 25 years of consulting experience helps me present complex concepts –simply.”

How long has he been at CCS? “I am in my fourth year at CCS. Prior to CCS, I was a practice leader in HR operations for Watson Wyatt Worldwide and a Senior Manager of Consulting at Deloitte and Touche. In both these assignments I provided HR consulting for large global enterprises.”

Personal stuff? “I’m married with two adult children. I like to spend my time hiking, raking leaves and hanging with family.”

Something surprising about him? “Other than a fondness for fedoras, early in my career I worked with AT&T and helped design one of the first fully functional HR systems – tracking more than one million employees.”
