Margaret Louisor-Percy
Vice President, Account Management
As Vice President Account Management, Margaret manages key accounts. Her responsibilities include benefits strategy development, reporting and analyzing claims data, claims advocacy, marketing, budget projections, conducting employee education meetings, compliance and developing employee communications.
Margaret is like the energizer bunny of account management. She never stops! Margaret continually goes to bat for her clients and delivers the results to prove it!
What does she like most about her job? “I get tremendous satisfaction from having the best possible solutions for my clients and building close valuable relationships with them. I take the time to get to know the people I work with beyond just their day to day work life.”
What special skills/unique qualities does she bring to her job? “I take a holistic approach to servicing my accounts - being a good listener, solution-oriented, having an exceptional eye for detail and going the extra mile.”
How long has she been at CCS? “I have been with Corporate Consulting Services for 10 years and in the industry for more than 18. Prior to joining CCS, I held dual roles at a New York based brokerage firm as a Manager, Account Services and Senior Account Executive.
Personal stuff? “I have a BA from Bernard Baruch College. I’m married for 17 years to my soul mate whom I met in college; we have two sons ages 12 and 6. I enjoy reading to the elderly; I volunteer at the Starlight Foundation and am a member of Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America, Inc. I would like to one day start a support group for families coping with Alzheimer’s.”
Something surprising about her? “I enjoy reading group health contracts (go figure). I also enjoy event planning and men’s fashion which is probably why I’ve been blessed with two sons!
